What is our return policy? All sales are final. We issue no refunds or order cancellations. Please email azgiftco@gmail.com with any feedback, questions, or concerns.

What if product is damaged upon arrival? If you receive a product that has been damaged please email us at azgiftco@gmail.com

Where do we ship to? We ship all over the U.S. 

How long will it take for my package to be shipped? Each product is custom made to order. Your order will be shipped on Tuesday or Friday depending on when it was received.  If you need it shipped out same day please select the rush order option.

How long will it take for my package to arrive? All packages are shipped through USPS first class. please note that USPS does not guarantee shipping date but usually arrives within 2-7 business days. 

Will I receive tracking information for my order? A confirmation receipt and tracking number will be sent directly to the email you provided at checkout. 

How do I place a custom order? Wether it be gifts that we have curated on our website or something original you have in mind please email us at azgiftco@gmail.com we will be happy to fulfill your custom order needs!  

Do you offer corporate gifts? We would love to help you create the perfect gifts for your event, employees, or clients.  Please email us at azgiftco@gmail.com to get started on your customized order!
